Vacant Position and Job Description: Woman Medical Officer

Position: Woman Medical Officer 

Number of vacant positions: 12 

Education: MBBS and registration with PMDC 

Age Limit: 22 to 35 years (with an additional 8 years for candidates up to 43 years)

Position: Family Welfare Worker 

Number of vacant Positions: 12 

Education: Diploma of Family Welfare Worker (FWW) and qualified PNC license for FWW 

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years (with an additional 8 years for candidates up to 43 years) 

Salary: Fixed at 44,000 PKR per month

Terms & Conditions against Vacant Positions:

1. The positions mentioned above are contractual, non-transferable, and project-based, providing candidates with an opportunity to contribute to specific initiatives under a defined timeframe.

2. The contract period is set initially until June 30, 2024, allowing for a dedicated commitment to the assigned tasks within the stipulated timeframe.

3. Age relaxation beyond the specified limits will not be considered, and the age of the candidate will be calculated based on the last date of submission of the application.

4. Eligibility for the mentioned posts is contingent upon the domicile of the candidates. Those applying for posts at Sr. No.1 & 2 must have a domicile of Punjab, while candidates applying for posts at Sr. No. 3 & 4 should possess a domicile of the respective district in Punjab, as indicated in column No. 6.

5. Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations are required to apply through the proper channel and must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their employer along with the application.

6. The selection process involves shortlisting candidates for a written test/interview, and only those shortlisted will be invited. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided.

7. Academic degrees must be obtained from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized Universities/Institutions. Equivalency of certificates/degrees must be duly approved by the HEC/Board or the relevant issuing authority.

8. The department reserves the right to adjust the number of posts, reject applications, postpone or cancel the recruitment process, or withhold appointments at any stage without prior notice.

9. Interested candidates are required to submit their applications on plain paper, including all necessary testimonials, educational certificates, domicile certificate, CNIC, contact number, and two passport-size photographs. The deadline for submission is February 20, 2024.

Procedure for Submission of Application Forms:

1. Candidates should apply online by visiting the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).

2. The duly filled online application form, along with the prescribed fee deposit slip in favor of National Testing Service, copy of CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs, must be sent directly to NTS through courier to the address specified on the application form.

3. Test fees can be paid through various channels, including participating banks, ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and TCS Express Counters.

4. The date of the written test will be communicated to eligible/shortlisted candidates through NTS.

5. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

6. All applications, completed in all respects, should reach NTS by February 20, 2024.

7. Roll number slips will be uploaded on the NTS website, and the test schedule will be conveyed to candidates at least one week before the test.

8. In the case of a large number of qualifying candidates, the Selection Committee reserves the right to determine a threshold marks ratio for selection.

9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the final interview based on the NTS test results, qualification, and experience.

10. Candidates must produce original documents along with a set of attested photocopies during the interview.

11. The age of the candidate will be calculated based on the last date of submission of the application.

12. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will result in the disqualification of the candidate.
